“I don’t have time to exercise” is the number one thing I hear from my clients. While this may be a valid excuse for some, most clients don’t realize how they can build exercise into their busy day. Most experts recommend 30 minutes of physical activity daily, but all of your activity doesn’t have to done at one time. Why not three sessions of 10 minutes, six sessions of five minutes, or even 10 sessions of three minutes?
