Burpies X 8

Lateral Walking Planks X 8 (2 steps each side)

Side (low) Plank with outer knee to elbow crunch X 8 (both sides)

Mountain Climbers X 8

Side (low) Plank with Hip Raises X 8 (both sides)

Spider Man Pushups X 8

Plank Jacks X 8

Incline Plane X 4 (hold each 20 secs.)

Repeat X 2 (aarrrrghhh!)

 

Then, hit the showers and uh, lose the eye patch matey!
