1 minute walk at 3.5
1 minute SPRINT at 7.5
1 minute walk at 3.5
1 minute SPRINT at 8.0
1 minute walk at 3.5
1 minute SPRINT at 8.5
1 minute walk at 3.5
1 minute SPRINT at 9.0
1 minute walk at 3.5
