Remember, go at your own pace and adjust the sugested speeds or inclines as needed to challenge your current fitness level, yet not over do it.  In the interest of safety, we recommend that you clip the emergency cut-off strap (or similar safety mechanism) to your clothing while you are on the treadmill. 

Warm Up: 2 mins. 3.0 speed; 1 min. 3.5 speed and .5 incline;                                            2 mins.  4.0 speed and .5 incline
