Hello. My name is Lonn Iwashita and I am a Certified Personal Trainer . I have completed thousands of personal training and small group personal training sessions. Helping others reach their health and fitness goals brings me joy. I love to work with all types of individuals and see all of my clients respect the process of becoming the best version of themselves.
